Emulation is a series of photographs that reflects on the re-appropriation of original analogue media technologies that are used through digital media applications such as Instagram, Adobe, and VSCO filters. The re-staging or simulation of analogue elements such as film grain, scratches, degraded colors, vignettes contributes to a reminiscence of past media technologies emulated again and again through new mediums and new technologies.
